Eagle Rods ESP H-Beam Connecting Rods Description
Sold in sets of 4 (weight matched to plus/minus 1 gram). MUST BE USED WITH AFTERMARKET PISTONS (your factory pistons are not compatible with these high performance rods).

Eagle "ESP" H-Beam connecting rods provide the strength and durability required for high-horsepower forced induction or high-rpm applications. Connecting rods are a key component of your engine and, in general, should be upgraded under heavy forced induction use, such as running over 10 PSI of boost on your turbo kit, or when you significantly raise your RPM limit. To use these Eagle rods, you will need to pick up a set of aftermarket pistons - we recommend using these JE Pistons.

  • Two-piece forging for greater strength.
  • Includes ARP 2000 rod bolts, which will hold even on extreme horsepower applications.
  • All surfaces 100% machined.
  • Sonic tested and magnafluxed to ensure quality.
  • Uses state-of-the-art Sunnen Krossgrinding system for perfect sizing.
  • Good for up to 900 horsepower.
  • All this for a very reasonable price!
Fitment Notes: For some older D16 engines, such as the ZC, D16A, and D16Z6, some minor clearancing at the base of the cylinder walls may be necessary. Your installer should be able to do this without a problem.
