A'PEXi Power Intake Description

The A'PEXi Power Intake is the premier air induction system designed to create pure horsepower for your Honda Civic. The A'PEXi Power Intake system features a special Dual Funnel design. The primary funnel is on the top portion of the air cleaner and channels the air flow directly into the lower funnel at the base of the cleaner. Funnel shapes focused on increasing air speed without changing the flow direction of the intake air. The result is a high speed and smooth flow of air into the intake. The lower funnel has been engineered at a 14 degree curve for maximum efficiency. Also, the lower funnel position has been made even closer to the base of the cleaner to reduce drag and eliminate any "dead spots" within the cleaner.

The A'PEXi Power Intake incorporates a newly developed material (layer filter of dry density fibers) which improves the element density. This allows maximum protection from foreign materials entering the Civic's engine. The Power Intake is dry-type filter which makes it virtually trouble free.

Many people consider A'PEXi filters the best on the market. They look great, don't require oil, keep your engine clean, and create power.

Fitment Notes: The piping you get may be different from the pictured application. The universal applications can be used with any intake system. For the universal applications, please just measure which diameter flange you need (it should come close to matching the diameter of the pipe you're attaching it to). With the universal applications, you may need to separately purchase a small rubber "coupler" from a local parts store to ensure the best fitment.

Cleaning Notes: A'PEXi filters should be replaced about every 15 thousand miles, depending on your conditions. This ensures you always get the best performance.
