Takeda Retain Short Ram Intake Description
The Takeda Retain line of short ram air intakes is designed to give a great horsepower gains, while offering a very simple and quick installation (with no bumper removal required). A wrinkle black heat shield is also included on some applications to keep air intake temperatures lower (this is not needed on all applications). All Retain version short ram intakes come complete with Takeda's oil-free Pro Dry S air filter.

  • Designed to give great horsepower gains while offering a very simple installation.
  • High quality finish prevents oxidation normally found on uncoated polished aluminum.
  • Maintenance free and will retain show quality finish.
  • Includes a Takeda Pro Dry S FLOW tested air filter. The Pro Dry S air filter uses synthetic media and requires no oil.
  • Sensor openings CNC machined to exact specifications, to ensure proper operation of your Civic.
  • On select applications, a wrinkle black heat shield is included to help keep air intake temperatures low.
  • On some applications, a 3 angled adapter is included to help speed up air flow.
