Honda Civic Hood Overview
At Pro Civic we carry the nicest looking Civic Hoods at the best possible prices. One of the most popular exterior mods is a Civic carbon fiber hood. The carbon fiber hoods come in various different styles such as a variety of vented hoods as well as OEM style (Stock Civic look, but in carbon fiber).

Installation of a Honda Civic Hood
The installation process for the a Civic Hood is straight forward. The tools that will be involved are usually a ratchet, and a screw driver. Simply take off your old hood and install the new one using the same mounting points. Almost, if not all, of the Honda Civic hoods we carry will latch on to your car the same sway as your stock hood. Since most of the Civic hoods we have are lighter than the stock hood, we highly recommend installing hood pins as a safety measure.

Recommendation on Honda Civic Hoods
If you do not know how to paint hoods, we would recommend a Civic carbon fiber hood. There is no painting involved with carbon fiber hoods; hence, they make for an easy installation. If you want a more inexpensive Civic hood, the FRP hoods (such as the spyder hoods) may be more of what you will want. Although, you will have to paint the FRP hood; hence, it may end up being the same overall cost as purchasing a Honda Civic carbon fiber hood.
