All Koyo radiators are for MANUAL TRANSMISSION vehicles ONLY, unless noted otherwise. Some applications may fit on automatic transmission equipped cars, but may require use of an auxiliary transmission cooler. We also highly recommend using the Koyo Hyper Radiator Cap (sold separately) with all radiator purchases! This cap is usually required for installation.

Koyo radiators are produced from lightweight aircraft quality aluminum and Heliarc welded for the best durability.

Koyo High Performance Radiator Key Features:
  • 30% more cooling (on average) than standard OEM radiators.
  • Fully polished aluminum to a mirror finish.
  • Great for high revving, high performance motors or motors that are turbocharged, supercharged, or nitrous equipped.
  • All Koyo radiator cores and tanks are specifically designed and built for each application. No universal fit parts are used. This ensures proper fitment, just like your original factory equipment!
  • Some applications feature special N-FLO Technology. This design cools more efficiently by allowing the coolant to remain in the radiator for a longer period of time, therefore transferring more heat to the surrounding air. Koyo N-FLO Technology is available on cars that are known to have limited airflow to the radiator.
  • Aluminum core is manufactured with Nocolock Brazing for a strong, durable, and anti-corrosive bond.
  • Many applications feature an integrated 1/8" NPT female accessory fitting for use with temperature or other sensors.
  • Features a thick aluminum core, unless noted otherwise.
  • Precision TIG welded.
  • Individually triple pressure tested during the manufacturing process in Koyorad's private ISO 9001 certified factory.

Koyo Hyper V Series Core Radiator Features:
  • Designed for applications that are limited in size and offer less than ideal air flow.
  • Uses a 36mm aluminum core with Hyper Core technology, which has an increased fin and tube count for improved heat dissipation and excellent air flow.
Koyo V Series Core Radiator Features:
  • Designed for applications where size and weight may be an issue.
  • Uses a 36mm aluminum core.
Koyo Hyper K Series Core Radiator Features:
