JE Pistons Forged Piston Set Description
Sold in sets of 4 pistons (with rings, lock and pins included). All pistons are for Honda Civic stock bores - oversized bore pistons and all other JE pistons, including head swap applications, available upon request (please email or call us and we can quickly order them for you!).

JE Pistons are designed for street use or extreme applications, including professional competition. If you have a turbocharged Civic or a naturally aspirated Civic and want to make more power, then a JE Piston set is critical to achieving that goal. Each JE Piston uses high tensile strength 2618 T6 forged aluminum for maximum durability and weight savings. JE Piston sets are available in a variety of compression ratios for your particular needs. In general, lower compression pistons below 10.0:1 compression are used in forced induction setups (turbo/supercharger/nitrous) and higher compression pistons above 10.0:1 compression will offer more power in naturally aspirated engines (and can sometimes still use nitrous). If a piston is compatible with a turbocharger, supercharger, or nitrous, it will be listed in the special notes for that application.

  • Contact reduction groove to minimize frictional drag and a accumulator groove for increased top ring stability.
  • Dome and dishes feature smooth flowing radii for excellent flame travel.
  • CNC machined side reliefs with lower support band for added skirt strength.
  • Made from 2618 T6 high tensile forged aluminum.
  • Honed pin bores and double pressure fed pin oilers come standard.
  • Includes JE Pro Seal piston rings with a low coefficient of friction, resulting in long life and more power.
  • Wrist pins and wire locks also included.
SRP Pistons Notes: Some applications are labeled as "SRP Pistons". SRP Pistons are a slightly different line of pistons also made by JE Pistons. They include many of the same high quality features as normal JE Pistons, and also come with piston rings, wrist pins, and wire locks.
