Defi Link Meter Control Unit II Description
The Defi Link Control Unit II is a needed to install all Defi Link Meter and Meter BF gauges. This control unit supports up to 7 gauges in a "daisy chain" format. This whole gauge system is collectively called the "Defi Link System" and it provides numerous advantages over using standalone gauges.

Key Features:
  • Allows for slimmer/lighter gauges because the control unit contains most of the electronic circuitry.
  • Driving data can be stored and can be replayed up to 3 minutes. Pause, speed play, forward, and rewind functions can be applied during playback.
  • The characters and the rings on the switch panel are illuminated in white at nighttime for easeir operation in the dark.
  • The switch panel is embossed and a buzzer sounds by pushing the buttons.
  • Differential pressure between fuel pressure and boost (turbo) can be shown if both the fuel pressure and boost (turbo) gauges are installed.
  • Up to 7 Defi Link Meter, Defi Link Meter BF, and/or Defi Link Display units can be operated with one Control Unit II.
  • Double Warning function by a gauge's LED lamp and a beep.
The following diagram shows how you can hook up your Defi gauges to the control unit. The 7 gauges can be "daisy chained" in any order. Note that "Meter Output 1" is used for the Defi Link Meter gauges while "Meter Output 2" is used for Defi Link Meter BF gauges. The Defi Link Display counts as a gauge and can be connected to either output.
