Buddy Club Racing Spec Radiator Cap Description
Higher pressures inside of the cooling system helps the coolant flow better and also increases the coolant's heat absorbing qualities. The Buddy Club Racing Spec radiator cap has pressure capacities of 1.3 x 100 kPa (1.3 kg/cm2), in comparison to a Honda Civic factory cap that has a pressure rating of only about 0.9 kg/cm2. This means that the coolant's boiling point can be raised by using a Buddy Club Racing Spec radiator cap. Advantages are of course found on demanding conditions such as circuit racing. As an added benefit, this radiator cap will also help dress-up your engine bay.
