GReddy Intercooler Upgrade Kit Description

The addition of a GReddy intercooler is one of the best ways to safely increase horsepower in a turbocharged Honda Civic engine. By reducing the engine's inlet temperatures, a denser air charge will enter the engine; this can make more horsepower at the same boost level and even more power at higher boost levels. GReddy's vehicle specific kits include all the necessary mounts, piping and hoses required for install into your Civic. All kits are designed with specific cores to provide an ideal compromise of cooling and flow, with the added benefit of style.

The intercooler kits for the Civics are designed as upgrades for Greddy turbo kits. They feature GReddy's "V-Spec" intercooler core. V-Spec cores have an inner "Micro Grove Tube" design. This design was developed to allow for larger cores that give good cooling with a more free flowing internal core. This is ideal for applications with low to medium-high boost levels in factory turbocharged engines or normally aspirated engines with bolt-on turbo kits.

Bolts-on directly to your GReddy turbo kit.
Lightweight air-to-air, tube and fin design
High efficiency tube design allows smooth ambient flow for optimum heat dissipation.
Perfect balance of heat exchanging efficiency and flow.
Core ends are TIG-welded and capped off with GReddy's smooth flowing heavy-duty cast aluminum endtanks.
Comes with all pipes and small parts needed for installation.

Core Size Notes: For the Civic kits, the standard core size (height x length x width) is 7.3" x 23.6" x 3.0" and the extra large size is 11.0" x 23.6" x 3.0".

Fitment Notes: Will only bolt-on to GReddy turbocharger kits. May work with other kits or custom setups but some modification might be necessary to get the piping to fit.
