GReddy Type R Blow Off Valve Description

The GReddy Type R blow off valve is designed for use with mid to high boost applications producing between 280 and 450 hp. The Type R features a 47mm valve and is easily adjustable to prevent both premature boost leakage and compressor surge. The Type R Stiff Spring version features an even stiffer spring that is suitable only for use with extreme boost applications producing over 375 hp. All GReddy Type R blow off valves are made of durable cast and billet aluminum frame and their valve to diaphragm ratio provides performance that cheap piston types cannot offer. The spring stiffness adjustment screw and 3 different sizes give the GReddy user the option to match vehicles with mild upgrades to heavily tuned engines.

Notes: Since this is a universal blow off valve, it needs to be welded in with the use of a flange. We highly recommend purchasing the GReddy flange to ensure a clean install.
