Buddy Club Header Thermo Wrap Description
Buddy Club Header Thermo Wrap is designed to keep heat within your exhaust system and away from other components such as transmissions, oil pans, differentials, etc. Wrapping your header (or turbo manifold) in Buddy Club Thermo Wrap will improve exhaust flow and, for turbo vehicles, improve the long-term reliability of your turbo.

  • Improves exhaust flow and the reliability of components near your header (or turbo manifold).
  • Available in 3 different lengths: 5m, 10m, and 15m. All versions are 50mm wide.
  • Made of special ceramic impregnated fiber material.
  • Excellent heat insulation and abrasive durability.
  • Maintains performance under extreme conditions.
  • Withstands temperatures is up to 2300 deg. Fahrenheit! Most other brands are only designed to withstand about 1000 deg. Fahrenheit.
  • Includes ring clamps for easy installation.
