Skunk2 MegaPower Header Description
MegaPower Race Header applications come with a Check Engine Light (CEL) Eliminator, so there is no need to purchase one separately. This only includes applications which eliminate the stock Catalytic Converter.

The Skunk2 MegaPower header is designed and engineered to maximize exhaust flow and increase both horsepower and torque throughout the entire RPM powerband. Skunk2's unique design is the result of over a decade of racing experience coupled with computerized modeling and extensive dyno testing. Each Skunk2 MegaPower header features equal length, sequentially-paired, stepped primaries and a 4-2-1 Tri-Y design with a 2.5" collector. These features, coupled with Skunk2's unique design specs, provide an extremely broad powerband that can be used on a wide range of engine sizes and configurations. Each header is constructed from T-304 stainless steel with fully polished, mandrel-bent tubing and a CNC-machined flange for added strength and durability.

Emissions Notes: Race header applications will eliminate your catalytic converter and are not smog legal. If you still want to use a catalytic converter with a race header, we highly recommend using one of our MagnaFlow Spun Metallic high-flow cats (with a little help from a muffler shop, it can be made to work).
